We remove domestic white goods, TVs and computer monitors. We will collect up to 4 items per visit.
How to book a collection
Book and pay for a collection online. To do this you will need to:
- Create an online account
- Once you’ve created and account, choose the white goods option button
- Then select the item(s) you want collected from the A-Z list.
Please note: We will only collect the items that you have told us about, so please check your order carefully.
How to amend your collection
You may amend a collection by logging into My Account and click the relevant order reference link (under “Recent Activity”) to edit your order.
Please note that changes must be made with one full working day's notice. (i.e. if collection is due Wednesday, changes must be made by 23:59 on Monday)
How much does it cost?
One white good/ electrical item will be collected for free. Additional collections will cost £20 for up to four items.
Small consumer electrical
Items such as toasters, irons and hairdryers would normally be accepted by retailers or wholesalers participating in the "bring back" schemes, but they can also be removed as part of the white goods service where a large item collection has been booked and they are included in the same visit.
