We have provided a range of information to help parents, carers and young people with special needs. However we realise there is always room for improvement and so we would like your ideas, comments and suggestions to help us make it easier to find and use information on special needs in Croydon.

All constructive feedback will be reviewed, considered and used to improve Croydon’s Local Offer of services for special needs. We will publish the comments we receive at least once a year and we will publish our responses to your comments and advise you of any actions taken as a result of the comments. This will be made available on the website.
Reviewing the Local Offer
We will be carrying out a series of focus groups and other events to involve parents, carers, young people, voluntary organisations and providers to help us review the Local Offer and suggest improvements. Details will be provided here.
If you have a concern please speak to the staff in school / college or in one of the council teams that are providing support. Most issues can be solved quickly and to your satisfaction through having a conversation. However if you do not receive a satisfactory response and wish to complain, please visit our complaints procedure section of the website where you will be able to view our complaints policy and procedure. You can also submit a complaint online or download and complete a paper form.

Healthwatch Croydon was set up to improve health and care services in Croydon and invites feedback from local people. They provide newsletters and e-bulletins and offer opportunities for people to take part in surveys and other consultation on health and care issues in Croydon.
