London Borough of Croydon

We have provided a range of information to help parents, carers and young people with special needs. However we realise there is always room for improvement and so we would like your ideas, comments and suggestions to help us make it easier to find and use information on special needs in Croydon.

Each page on the website has a page rating where you can leave feedback. You can also email your comments to SENreform@croydon.gov.uk or if you prefer to write please contact:
SEN Reform, Floor 2, Zone D, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA

All constructive feedback will be reviewed, considered and used to improve Croydon’s Local Offer of services for special needs. We will publish the comments we receive at least once a year and we will publish our responses to your comments and advise you of any actions taken as a result of the comments.  This will be made available on the website.

Reviewing the Local Offer

We will be carrying out a series of focus groups and other events to involve parents, carers, young people, voluntary organisations and providers to help us review the Local Offer and suggest improvements. Details will be provided here.
