Croydon and Brexit

There are 26,000 residents in Croydon who were born in EU countries, as well as many more EU citizens who work in our borough. They are part of our communities and we value the vital role they play within our economy and public services.

We are determined to ensure that Croydon, its residents and businesses receive the best possible deal from Brexit. And we are working with our public sector and business partners and the community and voluntary sector in order to respond effectively to the changes resulting from Brexit.

We have set up these pages to provide you with the latest information on Brexit from central government and signpost you to the support and advice that is available. We will continue to update you with any developments as they happen.

You can follow the work we’re doing to promote our inclusive, welcoming and diverse borough under the hashtag #CroydonisOpen
