Children, young people and families support directory

The Croydon Partnership is made up of useful Early Help, universal, community and children's social care services in Croydon. You can also find national organisations here too. You can search for any of the services in our directory.

Best Start: Community Builders

Community Builders work with communities and start from a place that celebrates the strengths and assets that the communities have.

CAYSH: homelessness support

CAYSH works with young people facing homelessness in London, providing safe homes and support to enable them to achieve their potential.

Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA)

Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA) is a organisation that encourages and supports local community representation through voluntary action.

Family Transitions: co-parenting support for separated or divorced parents and carers

Family Transitions assists parents who need extra support to adjust and manage the transition from a two-parent to a single-parent family. It focuses on skills to resolve conflicts with former partners, how to cope positively with stress and how to co-parent post separation.

Due to the nature of the group, we ask that parents do not attend the same group as their ex-partners.

Local offer for looked after children

If you’re aged between 18 and 25 and have been in care, you could still be entitled to support from us and our partners after you’re old enough to live alone.
