Family Transitions: co-parenting support for separated or divorced parents and carers

Family Transitions assists parents who need extra support to adjust and manage the transition from a two-parent to a single-parent family. It focuses on skills to resolve conflicts with former partners, how to cope positively with stress and how to co-parent post separation.

Due to the nature of the group, we ask that parents do not attend the same group as their ex-partners.
