Stepping Stones is a strength-based, 9 week parenting programme to support parents’ confidence in managing and understanding their child’s behaviour in the context of their additional needs and/or disability.

This service is for: 

• Parents and carers of children aged 0 to 12 years with an additional need or disability.

What you'll get out of it:

The Stepping Stones programme will help you:

• learn skills and strategies to encourage your child’s social and communication skills, emotional self-regulation, independence and problem-solving ability.
• become more confident in your parenting
• encourage you to look after yourself
• gain peer support from other parents and build your own support networks
