Fly-tipping
Reporting a fly-tip
If you see a fly-tip on a public highway, please contact us using the Streetscene contact details or the fly-tipping form.
If you see a fly-tip in a park or open space, please contact us using the Parks and Open Spaces contact details.
Your responsibilities as a landowner
If you are responsible for land or are a private land owner, you must ensure that your land is as secure as is practically possible.
Owners who fail to secure their land will normally have to make their own arrangements for the clearance of fly-tips.
If you need our help, we will charge you for the service.
Security and surveillance work
If there is a pattern of fly-tipping in an area, we can arrange for surveillance to try to catch those responsible. Vehicles that are identified can be seized and crushed.
