The Croydon Road User Forum will no longer exist from September 2007 and will be replaced by the 'Croydon Road Safety Partnership'. As a consequence this page will close down from the end of August and further information will be available on the Croydon Road Safety Partnership page.

This Forum has been set up to replace the Local Divisional Road Safety Committees, to obtain a wider representation of different road users' views.

Representatives from all road user groups can discuss local, regional or national matters relating to traffic management and road safety, transportation planning and parking.

The Forum meets four times a year in the Town Hall, during the afternoon or evening, at times to suit most members of the Forum. Three local Councillors attend the Forum, including a Cabinet Member who normally chairs the meetings.

Minutes and any motions are reported to and considered by the Traffic Management Cabinet Committee, or any other appropriate Council Cabinet Committee. Each local Neighbourhood Partnership has nominated a representative to attend the Forum on their behalf.
