Parking permits

You can buy visitors' parking permits if you are a permanent resident within the relevant parking controlled zone.

If you are not on the electoral roll and/or council tax database, you will need to provide official proof of your address, such as a tenancy agreement.

Visitors' parking permits come in books of five. The cost varies depending on the controlled parking zone.

Central Zone

Households in the Central Zone should contact the number below for an update on applying for their daily permits.

Residents in the Central Zone can apply for an additional Visitor permit which is in addition to the daily scratch cards. This visitor permit can be used from 6pm - midnight and Sunday at anytime. The cost is £10.00 and the issue is limited to one permit per household.

Inner and Outer Croydon Zones

Households in both Inner Croydon Zones and Outer Croydon Zones can apply for a maximum of 30 daily permits in each calendar year.

How to apply

Print out an application form.
Send the completed form to Parking Permits at the address below with the appropriate fee and documentation.
Please allow 14 days for the issue of a parking permit.
