We will only issue a residential parking permit if you are:
- a permanent resident at an address within the relevant parking controlled zone
- the registered keeper of the vehicle.
We will issue a maximum of three permits per household. Please note you must obtain a separate permit for each vehicle.

Return the completed form to Parking Permits at the address below with the appropriate fee and documentation.
You should allow 14 days for the issue of a parking permit.
