How to get parking restrictions suspended
You can apply for a dispensation if you need to park your vehicle in an area with parking restrictions while you carry out work at a specific address, for example:
- shopfitting
- building works
- funerals
However, if you want to deposit a skip on any road, you will have to buy a skip licence.

Dispensation charges
- £10 per day for parking on single yellow lines
- the full daily cost of a parking bay (this will vary between controlled parking zones).
