South Vale, Upper Norwood - proposed one-way working, northbound
We are proposing to introduce one-way working in South Vale, Upper Norwood in a northbound direction from the junction with Bedwardine Road to the junction with Central Hill. This is, however, providing that the proposal meets with the approval of local residents and the emergency services.
The proposal involves the installation of new road signs and carriageway markings as indicated on the attached plan TH2639.
We would like to know your views on the proposal before a final decision is made on the introduction of the scheme. If the results show that there is general support for the proposal it could be introduced later this financial year.
