• St James's Park - Proposed Cycle Safety Scheme

  We are proposing to change the existing partial one-way traffic arrangement that currently operates in St. James's Park as part of a programme of measures aimed at improving road safety for cyclists in the borough. This consultation is open until 18th July.

• South Norwood Hill - one way consultation

  We are proposing to make the South Norwood Hill (northern section of the slip road) one-way between its junctions with Southern Avenue and the main thoroughfare of South Norwood Hill. We welcome your views on this proposal. The closing date for this consultation is 24 July 2009.
