Procedure for handover to the pound
If you can deliver the vehicle to the Selsdon Road Pound please telephone 020 8649 8538 to arrange an appointment. We will give you a date and time to bring your vehicle in. Please ensure you bring your Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C).

Procedure of collection
We require a letter from the registered keeper, which should include:
- the exact location of your vehicle (it must be in an accessible location within the borough of Croydon)
- a daytime telephone number
- the complete Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C)
- the signature of the person named on the V5C, authorising us to destroy the vehicle.
We will aim to pick up the surrendered vehicle 2-3 days from receipt of the above.
Any vehicle that contains a large amount of rubbish will not be collected.
