Aim of the competition

To appoint a designer to develop a complete regeneration solution for the area of Wellesley Road and Park Lane, with adjacent plots.

Honorarium

Each practice selected for Stage 2 will receive an honorarium of £6,000 (+ VAT) as a contribution towards the cost of preparing the design submission.

Any expenses, charges, costs, or liabilities incurred by an applicant that exceeds the honorarium shall be borne solely by the applicant and are incurred at the applicant's expense.
