Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPGs)

Through Vision 2020 the Council with all its partners seeks to create a more attractive, cohesive and user friendly centre that will deliver the aspirations of the whole Croydon community. This Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) provides the framework for the delivery of the key elements of Vision 2020. It is a guide for those preparing planning applications and all involved in the implementation process. All new proposals will be expected to contribute in a positive way to the delivery of the aspirations of Vision 2020.
