Supplementary Planning Guidances (SPGs) provide detailed guidance to landowners and developers.
Planning Guidance Note 1 (PGN1) Planning Obligations is also available below, this supplements information in the Unitary Development Plan (UDP). SPGs 2 and 3 have been superceeded by Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) 2 - Residential Extensions and Alterations, which can be downloaded from the SPDs section of this website.
