We are currently seeking suggestions for sites to be developed over the next 17 years for inclusion as allocations in the London Development Framework (LDF). If you wish to suggest a site please send us its details using the form below. Only send details of sites that:
- are likely to become available for development or redevelopment in the next 17 years
- are greater than 1 hectares (2.47 acres) in size
- on which you are proposing to build ten or more new homes
- are inside the boundary of the London Borough of Croydon.
To send us details of sites please download the form below and return it, along with a site plan, to the address shown on the form. The deadline for suggesting a site is 10 December 2007. The final assessment is set for mid-March 2008.
To request a paper copy of this form please call the Policy and Strategy team. We cannot accept suggestions for sites that do not use the official form.
It must be stressed that in inviting suggestions for specific sites the Council is not making any commitment in respect to site selection or allocation.
All suggested sites will be consulted on and appraised using a Sustainability Appraisal checklist that takes into account environmental, social and economic constraints to development.
