You can visit us at: One Stop reception on the ground floor of Taberner House, between 8:30am and 4:45pm, Monday to Friday.
Enquiries and general advice will be given there on the submission of planning applications (and building regulation applications).
A duty officer will be available to give informal advice on proposed applications by householders and for advertisements, changes of use and minor commercial developments, from 9am until 1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
We have an appointments system for customers wishing to view historical data at the 17 th floor reception counter. Appointments will be available between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
