The Business Friendly planner
A designated ‘Business Friendly’ Planner is now available to advise and assist businesses in discussing and exploring redevelopment opportunities. A ‘Business Friendly’ Planner will provide a ‘one-stop’ shop to give early development advice, assistance with identifying appropriate development opportunities, explanation of the planning process and ultimately an assessment of the merits of proposals seeking planning permission. This service will be free of charge and providing a key element in the support of businesses, creation of a business friendly environment and enhancing opportunities for inward investment to the area.
