Croydon affordable housing viability assessment (2010) 

This study looks at the financial viability of affordable housing provision in private residential development in Croydon. It also tests the robustness of the study by setting out different scenarios of housing market price, code of sustainable homes, S106 requirements etc. The study recommends a dynamic viability target matrix for affordable housing which can be adjusted according to the changes in housing price, building cost and alternative use value indices.
