In line with our service commitments, we will attempt to make a same day visit when the request is made before 10am. Please ensure that you provide all the requested information - if you don't, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
We regret that, due to the varying nature and complexity of building work, it is not possible for us to commit to timed appointments. We will attempt to accommodate flexible requests such as 'between 11 and 12' but this may not always be possible. If the timing of your inspection is important, please contact us directly.
Where we are unable to fulfill your request, we will attempt to inform you by phone or email at the earliest opportunity.
