Our contact centre (telephone) opening hours are now 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
This is part of our commitment to become more cost effective with how we deliver our telephone services, so more calls can be answered at peak times.
Emergency services calls will still be dealt with as normal and visiting hours at Access Croydon, Taberner House and New Addington will not change.

We are also improving our online services and front facing services at Access Croydon.
Improvements will continue to be delivered into late 2013 as we prepare to move into Bernard Weatherill House; and reviewed to ensure they work well for you.
