Children's events
We run the following free drop-in events for young children during school term times:
- Bookstart Rhymetime: Wednesdays 10 - 10.30am (babies and toddlers)
- Wiggle and Jiggle: Wednesdays 11 - 11.30am (18 months onwards)
- Storytime: Wednesdays 4 - 4.30pm (two and a half years onwards)
- Rock and Rhyme (action songs and rhymes): fortnightly starting Saturday 10 January 10.30am (pre-school children)
- Arty Crafty (craft club): monthly on a Friday at 4pm (4-8 year-olds and their parents or carers)
Reading groups
- our adult reading group meets once a month on a Monday at 6.15pm.
- Babes in Arms (adult reading group for parents/carers) meets once a month on a Friday at 10am
- T.R.G. (reading group for 11-14 year olds) meets once a month on a Saturday at 2pm
- Chatter Books (reading group for 8-10 year-olds) meets once a month on a Tuesday at 4pm (Please note: there is a waiting list to join this group)
