Croydon Clocktower
The ticket office is happy to give you any information you need prior to your visit to the Clocktower.
The ticket office is situated to the left of the main entrance and there is a lowered counter for wheelchair users. Opening hours are from 10am until approximately 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
For security reasons, there is a glass barrier across the ticket office. Please alert the member of staff if you are having difficulty hearing them and they will come out from behind the counter to help you.
Booking and reserving tickets
You may book by phone, by post or in person. The ticket office accepts all major credit and debit cards. Cheques should be made payable to "London Borough of Croydon".
Ticket reservations can also be made by SMS text message. Text your name, name of event, date of event and how many tickets you want to the mobile number listed below.
Unpaid reservations can be held for up to three working days for all events except films. Film tickets can be purchased in advance, however we cannot hold tickets without payment due to the limited capacity of the cinema.
There is a safety limit on the number of wheelchair users we can admit to the Braithwaite Hall and David Lean Cinema area. Please tell the ticket office when booking your ticket if you will be using a wheelchair.

- Freedom Pass Holders
- those claiming state benefits
- over 60s
- students
- under 16s
Proof of status will be required when collecting tickets.
