Housing sounding board
If you are not interested in going to meetings or are too busy with other commitments, the Housing Sounding Board (HSB) could be for you. Join over 900 Croydon residents who have already registered on our database. All Croydon Housing tenants and leaseholders are entitled to join and anyone who lives on an estate or in a block that is managed by Croydon Housing.
You can choose how you will be consulted, how often and on the topics of your choice.
Some of the ways in which we have consulted residents recently through the HSB are:
- checking leaflets and letters to make sure they are 'user friendly'
- one-off phone surveys to gauge satisfaction with services
- email surveys about the website
- invitations to conferences.
Register on the Housing Sounding Board, take part in at least two activities per year and you could be one of our £100 voucher prize draw winners!
