Community housing panels information

Community housing panels (CHP) provide a forum for residents to meet with housing officers and raise issues of local interest, such as estate services and anti-social behaviour. Local councillors and safer neighbourhood officers also regularly attend these meetings.

CHPs meet three times a year. They are area based; each one covering two or three wards. You can use the 'About your area' search facility if you are unsure which ward you live in.

All Croydon Council tenants and leaseholders, as well as other residents of council-managed estates, are welcome to attend their local CHP.

For more information about the individual CHPs and minutes of recent meetings, please use the links shown. Future meeting dates are shown in the diary of residents' meetings.
