You are responsible for carrying out any work necessary as a result of damage by a member of your household or any visitors. If we carry out repairs that are found not to be due to normal wear and tear, you may be charged for the work. Check if you can claim on your household insurance.
If damage is caused by vandalism, you must report it to the police, obtain a crime number and then contact us.
