Outstanding repairs to your new home

Before we let a property, we repair anything that could endanger your health and safety. Should your home need other work, we will arrange with you to have it done once you have moved in.

Please note that we do not carry out any internal redecoration on your home after you have moved in and neither do we provide decorating vouchers.

Your customer services officer or temporary accommodation officer will tell you about any outstanding work when you sign your tenancy agreement.
