Are you over the age of 60 ? Would you like to move into sheltered accommodation?

If you  have answered 'yes' to both questions, a sheltered housing assessment form.  If you are currently a housing association or Council tenant you will also need to complete a Housing Transfere request form

For people under the age of 60, sheltered housing may also be available following an individual assessment of needs
