Outside regular opening hours, and in an emergency, ring 020 8726 6000. If necessary, you will be put in contact with the appropriate council emergency service.
The main office for Croydon Council is at Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon CR9 3JS. Taberner House is open for personal callers Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.45pm.
The Contact Centre for telephone callers is open Mondays 8.00am to 7.00pm and Tuesdays to Fridays from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Direct dial numbers are listed in the A - Z of Council Services.
