PEPs are the responsibility of the young person’s social worker. They must be updated before every statutory review.
Schools are expected to be proactive in assisting the social worker in this duty.
- Standard Personal Education Plan (aged 5-16yrs)
- Early Years Personal Education Plan (aged 3-5yrs)
- Special Educational Needs Personal Education Plan
- Unaccompanied Minors Personal Education Plan (to be completed for newly arrived UAMs)
