Blue badge for disabled people

The central London congestion charge is £8 per day of travel (£10 if paid the following day). Blue Badge holders are eligible for a 100% discount on the congestion charge.

How to get the discount

To receive your discount, you must first register your details with Transport for London (TfL), using a TfL application form. Please note that there is a one-off registration charge of £10.

TfL will then send you a letter to confirm that you no longer have to pay the charge.

The discount covers registered vehicles driven by you or by another person transporting you.
