LEA Section 52 reports
There are two Section 52 reports each year. The first is published at the start of the financial year and relates to the education budget for the financial year. The second is published in early autumn and gives information on the education outurn position for the previous financial year.
Publishing involves making copies available to the appropriate Government department and to schools. This is achieved by making them available through this website. Any member of the public is entitled to have access to the reports at any school.
