For Primary Schools
The online facility for primary schools is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week up until midnight on 15 January 2013.
For Secondary Schools
(please note: there is an error on page 68 of the transfering to secondary school brochure concerning the entry for the Harris Academy Beckenham. The entry should state that this Academy accepts boys and girls and not just boys)
Online applications for secondary school admissions for the year 2013 will be available from 1 September until midnight on 31 October 2012
The online application is divided into four steps.
Step 1. Register to apply online
Registration: The ‘Registration’ page provides the information for the ‘Parent/Carers (applicant details)
Email address: You must have an email address to register with the Pan London eAdmissions system. This is so that you can receive email confirmation of your submitted application(s) as well any reminders sent by the system. You can register for a free email account with, for example, MSN or Google.
Step 2. Add a child
Editing applicant details: If you wish to change any of the details you registered with, e.g. your address, email or phone numbers, please do this by going to the ‘Update Profile’ page. To go to your ‘Update Profile’ page, you must first Log in and then select the ‘Update Profile’ link located on the left hand menu.
Step 3. Apply for schools
Completing an application: You do not have to complete the whole application in one session. You can complete part of it and then return later to finish your application. Your information is saved whenever you select the ‘save & continue’ or ‘save & exit’ button at the bottom of each page.
Step 4. Check and submit application
The 'check & submit application' page allows you to preview your application before you make a formal submission. You must formally submit your application by accepting the declaration on the 'check & submit application' page and selecting the 'submit application' button, before the application closing date. If you do not do this, your application will not be considered.
The final confirmation page is proof that your application has been successfully submitted. This page will show your application reference (e.g.306-2012-09-E-123456), which you must quote if you need to contact us. The application reference will also be displayed on your 'my school admissions' page.
You will be sent email confirmation upon submission of your completed application. You can also, if you wish, print a copy of the submitted application for your records.
Making changes to a submitted application
If necessary you can make changes to your application once you have submitted it by selecting the 'edit' link on the 'my school admissions' page.
You must resubmit any changes made by selecting the 'submit application' button at the bottom of the 'check and submit application' page in order for us to receive your changes.
Please ensure you keep us informed of any changes in circumstance. After the closing date you must inform us of any changes, e.g. change of address or contact details.
Each page of the application has a dedicated help page, which can be accessed by selecting the 'help' button.
For Primary Schools
During the evening of Wednesday 18 April you will be sent an email with the outcome of your application. Please wait until you have received the email before logging onto the Pan London Admissions website.
For Secondary Schools
During the evening of Thursday 1 March you will be sent an email with the outcome of your application. Please wait until you have received the email before logging onto the Pan London Admissions website.
