We are a one form entry Church of England Primary Academy, offering a high quality education underpinned by Christian values. We welcome applications from families of all faiths and none and ask that our families respect the Christian ethos of the school and its importance to our community.

Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

Families who attend a church should complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF), which can be collected from the school, downloaded from the school’s website or downloaded below. The SIF seeks information which is not collected on the LA application form and will be used to rank applications should the school be oversubscribed. However, it is not a requirement for families who do not attend a church to complete this form.
