Performance and improvement plan 2007-08

All councils have to produce an annual Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP) by 30th June every year.  Croydon's Plan, known locally as our Performance & Improvement Plan, includes a report back on key actions from last year; our performance against the national statutory Best Value Performance Indicators along with relevant targets for the next three years; an update of our performance against our Local Public Service Agreement targets; and the end of year position for our Croydon Counts Index, a local index of targets that we monitor particularly closely.

Croydon's annual Performance & Improvement Plan supports our longer-term Corporate Plan (see link) and in turn is supported by annual Service Plans (see links).  It is therefore a critical part of our business planning processes.
