Croydon Council's performance
Performance Management is a critical part of the council's activities and Croydon constantly strives to ensure it updates its processes to reflect the increasing challenges set by central government and the various inspectorates and oversight bodies.
The CPA regime is made up of evaluations spanning the range of council departments and services and is supported by a range of other reviews carried out by both the council's external and internal auditors.
The Croydon's framework has evolved from quarterly reporting of BVPIs to the Croydon Counts Index of KPIs which forms part of the Croydon Counts toolkit which is supported by a strategy which when published will act as a good practice guide for managers.
These pages also contain the council's performance plan which details annual outturns and targets for the next 3 years for all the BVPIs along with a report on achievements in the previous year and actions in the previous year's performance plan.
