Strategic Management Framework
The Strategic Management Framework ensures that:
- The various strategies, plans, policies and other elements outlined in this framework are working in harmony.
- There is a clearly defined relationship between each of the elements and that the department contributes to the Council's overall visions, values and the priorities of Croydon's Community Strategy.
- By focusing on the same strategic themes that are contained with the Community Strategy, the elements of the department strategic framework achieve consistency in their approach and ensure that improvements occur in priority areas identified by local people
- A clear performance measurement structure exists throughout the department to ensure that Central Government, Community and other stakeholder objectives are met.
The department will need to ensure that the various elements of the framework are reviewed annually and that published actions are achieved.
