Performance Management Framework
Environmental Cutural and Sports Services has developed ways of showing that services are improving and are meeting the demands of local people. We measure our performance by monitoring a range of performance indicators.
The indicators include Best Value Performance Indicators, which have been set for us by Government as part of Best Value. Best Value is about providing better quality services at a reasonable cost and giving local people more say in what is provided and how services are delivered.
Our performance is published annually in the Departmental Performance Plan and in the Council's annual Best Value Performance Plan.
