Environmental Cultural Sports Services Service Plan

The Environmental, Cultural and Sports Services Service Plan is the annual plan for the folowing services:

  • Culture: including Arts, Museum and Community Development; the Library Service; Sport, Parks and Recreation
  • Public Protecton: including Bereavement Services; Community Protection; Environmental Health Service; Trading Standards; Specialist Pollution 
  • Client and Technical Services: including Parking Services; Contract Monitoring (green spaces and leisure)
  • Streetscene and Waste Management: includng Highways Maintenance; Streetscene; Transport Management; Waste Disposal; Waste Management

It provides a strategic framework for the delivery of services, detailing the objectives of the service and its relationship with the national and local key drivers such as the Community Strategy and funding implications.
