The reports and recommendations are available for viewing from 12 noon on the Thursday of the week before each meeting. They are sometimes available earlier.

The decisions of a Planning Committee meeting are available for viewing on the Monday following the meeting; the minutes are availble on the Tuesday following the meeting. These are sometimes available earlier.
