Adult Social Services Review Panel
The Panel monitors the provision of Adult Care Services within the borough.

Corporate Services Committee
To consider and recommend as appropriate to the Cabinet Member for Finance and Regeneration on the terms of contracts and property transactions; consider the terms of contracts and agreements etc; review the Scheme of Members' Allowances; appointments to outside bodies; and matters which require, action as a matter of urgency.

This is a meeting of all the Members of the Council. Business normally considered at these meetings includes; Business Reports of the Cabinet and Questions to the Leader and Members of the Cabinet; Petitions; Receiving the Annual Report of the Scrutiny & Overview and Standards Committees; and recommendations of Committees referred to the Council for decision.

Licensing Committee
All licensing, registration and related functions as set out in Schedule 1 of the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000 as amended, the Licensing Act 2003, and the Gambling Act 2005.
Licensing Sub-Committee
Determination of applications under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
Mayoralty and Honorary Freedom Selection Sub-Committee
This Sub-Committee makes recommendations directly to the Council regarding the selection of: The Mayor; the Roll of Honorary Aldermen, and persons or organisations that should be granted Freedom of the Borough.
Pension Committee
Management of the Council's Pension Fund.
Planning Committee
Consideration of planning applications and conservation issues relating to development control, and the Unitary Development Plan.
Public Rights of Way Sub-Committee
Those functions, powers and duties of the Council relating to Public Rights of Way.
School Organisation Committee
The Committee is responsible for the development of educational provision within the borough.
Strategic Planning Committee
South London Waste Partnership Joint Committee
This Committee manages the arrangemenents for procuring waste treatment and disposal arrangements within the terms agreed by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Boroughs of Croydon, Merton and Sutton.
Tenants & Leaseholders Panel
The Panel considers issues relating to housing tenants and leaseholders.

The Council appoints 4 representatives to serve on this joint committee.
