A new booklet aimed at providing residents with advice on safety and security has just been delivered to homes in the borough.
The Croydon Community Safety Handbook, produced by the Safer Croydon Partnership, is packed full with helpful information, useful advice and handy telephone numbers and contact details for relevant services and organisations in the borough. It is designed to serve as a useful booklet for any household or business to keep at hand and dip into should it be needed.
The booklet has specialist sections on antisocial behaviour, hate crime, information for young people and personal safety as well as advice on protecting your home, property and business from crime.
Councillor Steve O'Connell, deputy leader and cabinet member for safety and cohesion said: 2We hope this booklet will provide a valuable resource for everyone. Please take time to read it and keep it somewhere handy for future reference."
