The free drop-in event, organised by the Healthy Croydon Partnership, takes place at the Arnhem Gallery, Fairfield Halls from 1-6.30pm and will spotlight many ways to improve your health and well-being.

You can comment on how you'd like to shape the borough's long-term plans through interactive displays and short workshops which will run throughout the day.

Cabinet member for health and adult social care, Councillor Margaret Mead, said: "We want everyone to be involved in shaping our vision for a healthy Croydon - now and in the future."

Active Lifestyles, Age Concern, Mayday Hospital, the Primary Care Trust, Croydon Voluntary Action, the Partnership for Older People (POP) Service, the Local Involvement Network (LINk) and many more organisations are expected to take part.

Refreshments are available throughout the day.
