The website at www.croydoncc.com will give advice and information about all the services and activities available to the under fives and their families.
There are 20 children's centres across the borough, with six more planned by 2010. They offer play and learning, health services, parenting advice and early education. Some centres also offer day care.
The Toys to You bus will be touring the borough all week, giving parents the chance to view the new website on laptops.
And on Friday 31 October it will visit North End with lots of activities and goodie bags for children. As well as providing information about local children's centres, advisors will also be on hand to talk about family services and primary schools.
Councillor Maria Gatland, cabinet member for children's services and adult learning, said: "The new website will be a useful tool for getting extra information about what's on offer in Croydon for children under five and their families.
"Children's centres are recognised for the positive effect they have on the lives of children and their families. We now have 20 across the borough providing a whole range of activities and services. Not only are they great for young children but mums and dads can also get advice and support too."
