Bloom judges tour the borough

Judges David Littlewood and Jim Buttress will be accompanied on a four-hour tour during which they will rate displays in parks, streets, front gardens and business premises across Croydon. They will also be checking the cleanliness of the streets, the absence of graffiti and the borough's recycling and sustainability initiatives.
Press photographers are invited to attend a photo-call with the two judges at Coombe Wood on Monday 4 August.
Coombe Wood is accessed via a gate on Conduit Lane, off Coombe Road.
A very tight timetable permits only a 15-minute slot, from 1 to 1.15pm, and that schedule will be strictly observed. Photographers are asked to rendezvous at the gate to Coombe Wood by 12.55pm when they will be accompanied to the chosen photo site.
