London Borough of Croydon

You told us, we listened, we're still listening

Your priorties are our priorities - and we would still like to hear your views - to help us to improve services for all.

Over the last few years we have been asking local residents to tell us what is important to them, and what they would like to see done to improve the borough.

We have consulted widely to gather feedback. Thousands of people have taken part in one of the many surveys we conduct and people regularly feed back their views through questionnaires. We also listen to what residents tell us at the Neighbourhood Partnerships and we learn from the comments and complaints that we receive.

We know that many people have clear priorities for making Croydon a better place. These include tackling crime and anti-social behaviour, making sure there is more for young people to do and making the borough cleaner and greener.

Residents' priorities are our priorities and the council has already done much work to improve services in these areas. We know there is more to do and, while we have plans to make things better, we are interested in your ideas for what else we could do.

On these pages you can find out more about what we are doing and you tell us your views by filling in this survey or by making use of some of the other ways to talk to us.
