Standards and requirements for New Housing Development SPD
An SPD setting out the standards and requirements for new housing development in the borough is being prepared. The Sustainability Appraisal scoping report is the first step in the preparation of the SPD. Consultation on the SPD has closed but to view the documents go to the associated link.

To get a printed copy of the documents please contact the Policy & Strategy Team. Copies of the documents are also available for inspection at all borough libraries and the One Stop shop on the ground floor of Taberner House.
