Social services communications policy statement
We want to provide better service to the people in our communities. We will use a wide variety of channels, including regularly consulting and listening to their views about our service.
- To ensure that all information is accessible to all parts of the community we serve and are available in formats our target audiences are able to understand.
- To actively seek and listen to the views of users, carers and the public and to involve them in the planning, preparation, publishing and review of information.
- To ensure that the department's information and publicity materials conform to the Croydon corporate strategy and identity and the department's house style where appropriate.
